专业特色

药用植物资源与保护研究中心(简称资源中心)是建所以来最早成立的研究中心之一,主要开展药用植物资源保护与可持续利用方向的研究工作,同时还开设《药用植物资源学》、《药用植物分类与实践》、《药用植物生理学》等面向研究生教育课程,形成了以药用植物学为基础,广泛利用遗传学、生理学、植物化学、药理学、生物信息学、分子生物学等多学科交叉的现代技术方法研究药用植物资源与保护的科研与教学中心。

研究方向

师资力量及人才培养

中心现有职工16名,含博士生导师5名,硕士生导师5名。本中心拥有海外优青获得者、“协和新星”、北京市及协和医学院优秀教师等多项荣誉称号,先后培养硕士、博士毕业生100多人

科研水平

资源中心在药用植物资源调查、中药材品质评价等方向处于国内领先水平,目前在大宗常用药材品种的资源调查、栽培技术标准,濒危药用植物资源调查与评估、大宗药材质量评价与品质形成机制、药用植物基因组学、中药材外源污染真菌和有毒药用植物分子鉴定等基础与应用开发方面正在开展深入而广泛的研究。

重大课题

资源中心先后承担各类国家级、省部级科研项目80余项,其中包括国家自然科学基金、海外优青、国家重点研发计划项目、“重大新药创制”科技重大专项、国家中药标准化项目、科技部科技基础性工作专项、国家中医药管理局中医药行业科研专项、科技部“十二·五”国家科技支撑计划项目等项目。

发表文章及科研成果

主持或参与编写专著10余部,包括《中国药用植物红皮书》、《中国药典中药材DNA 条形码标准序列》、《药用植物科普笔记》、《本草基因组学》、《植物基因工程》(第二版)等,发表科研论文500余篇。获得国家科学技术进步二等奖及省部级等重要奖项10余项;获授权发明专利20余项,软件著作权10余项。参与制定国家、行业及地方标准20余项。
