专业特色

资源中心自建所以来成立,发展历史悠久,至今形成了涵盖药用植物资源调查、分类鉴定、保护与利用;种质资源收集与品质评价、优良品质形成机制;药效物质基础及合同通路解析等多个研究方向,开设《药用植物资源学》、《药用植物分类与实践》、《药用植物品质生物学》等课程,形成了以植物学为基础,遗传学、生理学、植物化学、药理学等学科交叉为特色的综合科研与教学中心。

研究方向

1、药用植物资源调查与评估; 2、药用植物分类与鉴定;3、药用植物保护与开发;4、药用植物优良品质及性状形成机制研究; 5、药用植物种质资源收集及品质评价;6、药材规范化种植技术,中药材质量评价;7、药用植物资源化学;;8、中药创新药物研发;9、药用植物合成生物学。

科研水平

资源中心在药用植物资源调查、中药材品质评价等方向处于国内领先水平。(1)开展多个大宗常用药材品种的资源调查和栽培标准技术集成研究,对我国464种重要且濒危的药用植物开展了资源调查与评估,出版《药用植物红皮书》;(2)开展了大宗药材黄芪、党参、贝母、五味子等药材的中药质量评价;(3)围绕中药活性成分生物合成及调控机制研究,关注丹参、艾叶、茯苓等大宗药材的品质形成机制解析及其产品开发,重点开展药用植物逆境生理与药材品质形成相关性研究,同时开展药用植物优良性状相关分子标记开发及其辅助中药材新品种选育等方面研究工作;(4)开展了中药材表面污染真菌鉴定研究。

重大课题

资源中心先后承担各类国家级、省部级科研项目80余项,其中包括国家自然科学基金、海外优青、国家重点研发计划项目、“重大新药创制”科技重大专项、国家中药标准化项目、科技部科技基础性工作专项、国家中医药管理局中医药行业科研专项、科技部“十二·五”国家科技支撑计划项目等项目。

发表文章及科研成果

 主持编写专著10余部,包括《中国药用植物红皮书》、《中国药典中药材DNA 条形码标准序列》、《药用植物科普笔记》等,发表科研论文500余篇。

获得国家科学技术进步二等奖及省部级等重要奖项10余项;获授权发明专利20余项,软件著作权10余项。参与制定国家、行业及地方标准20余项。

中心现有职工16名,含博士生导师5名,硕士生导师5名。本中心拥有海外优青获得者、“协和新星”、北京市及协和医学院优秀教师等多项荣誉称号。几十年来,先后培养硕士、博士毕业生100多人。
